Hair Removal / January 11, 2022

Wrinkles, tired eyes, crow’s feet, scarring, and aging. Your beauty faces an uphill battle as the years go by, and that’s where laser treatment from BHRC can help.

Developed in 1958 and approved by the FDA as a medical treatment, laser therapy has become a surgeon’s and dermatologist’s most promising weapon in the fight against aging skin. According to the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery in Chicago, laser therapy treatments in American men and women has increased by over 64% in the last decade. That’s nearly twice the number of the more traditional surgical procedures.

Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center offer laser treatment types to suit anybody, and any need. From laser hair removal, skin resurfacing and rejuvenation, contouring and cellulite treatment, and face and body remodeling – we’ve got a treatment package to suit your needs. Combine this with our professionally qualified and certified practitioners, your beauty is in good hands.

Remove, Replace, Resurface, Rejuvenated!

Laser skin resurfacing and rejuvenation technology such as the Lumecca IPL system uses a controlled burning procedure, during which a laser vaporizes layers of facial skin beneath the surface, removing wrinkles, lines, acne scars, folds and creases around the nose and mouth, and even pre-cancerous and benign superficial growths. What a skin resurfacing and rejuvenation procedure does, is that it creates a fresh surface of tissue over which new, unblemished, youthful looking skin can grow.

Remove Cellulite, Fast

Cellulite can have detrimental effects on your self image and your self confidence, especially for women. In fact, over 80% of women 20 years and older, are affected by cellulite regardless of their weight or size. Unfortunately, even athletic women who live a healthy lifestyle are susceptible to cellulite, since it’s triggered by a number of factors unique to your body.

In general, cellulite occurs when fat cells beneath the skin inflate as the result of increased fat storage. These fat cells then protrude through the body’s connective tissues, and reveal themselves as a dimpled appearance that is typically associated with cellulite.

Women typically experience cellulite in these problem areas:

  • Thighs
  • Calves
  • Buttocks
  • Arms
  • Abdomen

Laser contouring and cellulite treatment is an effective treatment to reduce fat stored as cellulite. The laser liquefies fat through a combination of light and laser energy, and then forces the liquefied fat into the body’s lymph system so that it can be eliminated. The treatment also remodels collagen in these fat bands, which makes them more flexible and able to be contoured effectively.

Safely Remove Unwanted Hair

We’ve all been there: body hair maintenance can be a serious hassle. Sometimes you want to go to the beach without having to schedule a wax before you do; other times you want to hang out with friends without being self conscious.

We specialize in helping you permanently eradicate unwanted body hair. Using advanced technologies such as InMode Diolaze laser hair removal and the latest Smooth Pulse Pro treatment systems, a series of laser hair removal sessions are used to target the unwanted hair so you can get on with the rest of your life without worrying about shaving and waxing.

These technologies are combined with the best, most skillful dermatologists and plastic surgeons to ensure you get safe, long lasting results.

Is Laser Treatment for You?

Not everyone will be an ideal candidate for this procedure. Certain people with very sensitive skin types may not tolerate the medications and lubricants used during healing. Darker-skinned ethnic groups may not achieve the same result, as the laser treatment can alter the color of skin dramatically and unpredictably. At the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Centre, our dermatologists are highly experienced, and can achieve results despite skin color variations.

As a potential patient of this treatment, you have to realize that there will be bruising and swelling after treatment, and you will likely be held up in your house for up to 10 days. At the end of the procedure, you will still have a small amount of flawed skin. Unfortunately, nothing is perfect, and neither is this treatment. You can expect a 50% or greater improvement in the look of your skin through laser treatment.

If you’re comfortable with all that, then the answer is a resounding “Yes!”

What Are the Risks?

As with any medical procedure, there is a small chance that you will experience temporary complications. Prolonged redness of skin, tenderness, easy flushing, and some pigmentary changes, like hyperpigmentation, when the skin appears darker than normal, are all potential temporary complications arising from the treatment. Some other more serious and possibly permanent risks include hypopigmentation, or lightening of the skin, and scarring. All of which are preventable by our highly trained, qualified BHRC laser treatment practitioners.
